Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive and store incoming inventory, verifying quantities and conditions against purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, tracking movements, and conducting regular cycle counts.
- Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize waste, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with purchasing and receiving teams to ensure smooth receipt and processing of goods.
- Identify and address discrepancies or issues related to inventory, including damaged or expired items.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any inventory-related concerns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
