Job Title: Retail Marketing Executive (MNC/ Up to 4k)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Marketing Executive to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for executing and managing marketing campaigns with clear performance tracking and oversight.

In this role, you will coordinate with internal stakeholders, agencies, and tenants to support mall initiatives and drive sales. You will also manage social media platforms and integrate digital efforts with offline promotions.

Additionally, you will maintain and update content across digital platforms and coordinate the promotion of advertising spaces within the property. You will supervise Digital Services Advocates and handle campaign reporting and budget tracking.

Responsibilities
  • Execute and manage marketing campaigns with clear performance tracking and oversight.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, agencies, and tenants to support mall initiatives and drive sales.
  • Manage social media platforms and integrate digital efforts with offline promotions.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or related field with strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, social media, and digital tools; AEM and SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Creative, resourceful, and able to work independently with good time management.
  • Self-driven, results-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
