Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our commercial building. This role involves overseeing the entire operational process, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.



Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Communicate job expectations, goals, and objectives to employees and provide regular feedback and coaching to help them improve their performance.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic plans and reviews, and implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards to ensure we meet our business objectives.
  • Analyze and improve organizational processes and workflow to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing safety procedures and protocols and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
  • Manage staff levels, wages, hours, and contract labor to revenues to optimize our workforce and minimize costs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Review and approve all operational invoices to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client issues related to equipment quality, customer service, or accidents and mishaps on-site.
  • Work closely with the Operations Director and management team to set and implement policies, procedures, and systems to support our business objectives.


Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in operations management or a related field.
  2. Experience in management, operations, and leadership, preferably in a commercial building setting.
  3. Minimum 5 years of cleaning experience in commercial buildings.
  4. Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, clients, and workers.
  5. Excellent communication skills.
