Executive Role in Park Operations

The role of a park operations executive is to ensure the smooth functioning of the park, maintaining cleanliness and managing on-ground feedback. This individual will work closely with the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, manage incidents, and adhere to safe work practices.

This position requires a strong team player who can manage manpower planning, training, and report generation. A resourceful self-starter with effective time management and problem-solving skills is essential for this role.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably with leadership and project management experience. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are also necessary.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing assigned projects and portfolios, contributing to wildlife management efforts, and working weekends and public holidays as required.
