**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement and HR Coordinator to join our team at MyCareersFuture. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement and HR functions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Procurement:**
    • Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment to support our sales team.
    • Manage inventory of materials in store.
    • Process orders and check all invoices.
  • **HR Administration:**
    • Process, renew, and manage all work passes for workers and staff.
    • Monitor and administer workers' training needs.
    • Manage payroll, HR admin duties, and other related tasks.
  • **General Administration:**
    • Manage office stationery, office equipment, and assets.
    • Order office snacks and other supplies.
    • Perform other administrative duties as required.

**Requirements:**

  • Familiarity with MOM Regulations on hiring of foreign workers.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
