Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of Client Advisors to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction

- Ensure adherence to bank policies, business processes, and regulatory requirements
- Recognized university degree
- At least 7 years of experience in the banking or financial industry, preferably in sales of financial and investment products
- Good understanding of bank regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong leadership, people management, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in managing a team
- Possess relevant accreditation (M1B, M5, M6, M6A, M8, M8A, M9, M9A & HI)
Estimated salary: SGD 120,000 - SGD 180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
