Job Summary

BAYER (SOUTH EAST ASIA) PTE LTD is seeking a highly skilled Medical Advisor to join our team. As a Medical Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing medical affairs perspective into various plans and strategies, leading and planning full medical strategy for Oncology products, and developing and executing medical plans for Nubeqa and Vitrakvi.

Key Responsibilities
  • Medical Strategy Development: Develop and execute medical plans for Oncology products, including key stakeholder and treatment landscape mapping, scientific engagement, and management of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Thought Leadership Management: Manage Thought Leaders (TLs) and External Relationships, acting as a primary medical contact for TLs, proactively engaging TLs in peer-to-peer medical discussions, and managing speakers for local events.
  • Clinical Development Trials: Assume the role of a Medical Expert for Global Clinical Development trials in designated therapeutic areas locally, and drive and manage investigator-sponsored studies in alignment with global strategy.
  • Hospital and Patient Referral Network: Identify and build hospital and patient referral networks for Oncology as part of the Larotrectinib ASEAN hub strategy, including partnerships with key hospitals and other important stakeholders in ASEAN countries.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure Compliance and Safety by acting as a role model, demonstrating consistent ethical and professional behavior, reviewing and approving promotional material related to assigned therapeutic areas according to pertinent SOP and local regulations.
Requirements
  • Pharmaceutical Industry Experience: Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong understanding of Oncology products and medical affairs.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute medical plans, think strategically, and drive business growth.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Compliance and Safety: Strong understanding of compliance and safety regulations, with the ability to ensure adherence to SOPs and local regulations.
