Job Description:

As a Relief Teaching Support, you will play a vital role in providing support to students with ASD in our classrooms. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing effective class support to students with ASD using ASD-friendly features
  • Supporting the implementation of students' behaviour support plans for positive and quality student education outcomes
  • Supporting teachers in the implementation of lesson plans
  • Providing support to students to ensure smooth class transitions
  • Liaising with educators to support students' development and well-being
  • Ensuring the well-being and safety of students in the school environment

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels qualification
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow skills and knowledge
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • A pro-active approach to problem-solving
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and challenging work environment
  • Desire to learn about Autism and passion to serve the autism community and their families
  • Able to commit Mondays to Fridays (minimum 3 days)
