Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Clerk to join our team at THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. in Redhill. As a Sales Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Issuing of Billing Invoices and Proforma Invoices: Prepare and issue accurate and timely invoices to customers.
  • Packing of Goods for Delivery: Ensure that goods are properly packed and prepared for delivery to customers.
  • Prepare Shipping Documents: Create and prepare shipping documents, including packing slips and delivery notes.
  • Liaise with Customers: Communicate with customers to resolve any issues or concerns related to their orders.
  • Filing and Other General Duties: Perform general administrative tasks, including filing and data entry.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Possess strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Training Will Be Provided: We offer comprehensive training to ensure that you have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
