As a Risk Operations Analyst, you'll be responsible for leading cross-functional projects to improve operational processes and tools to enhance detection and actioning of high-risk users. You'll investigate, mitigate, and remediate incidents related to fraud, compliance, or supportability risks, and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive investigative and operational process improvements, conduct root cause analysis, and be fluent in written and spoken Mandarin.
We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role, including at least 3 years of experience conducting complex risk investigations, a minimum of 1 year of experience in leading risk-related projects or initiatives, and experience using data to propose creative solutions to both tactical and strategic problems.
