Public Environment Maintainer Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Public Area Cleaner. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness of our facilities.

  • Maintain the cleanliness of walls, floors, doors, and table tops in the lobby area at all times.
  • Empty and clear trash bins in public areas regularly.
  • Maintain furniture and equipment in a serviceable condition and report any defects to the superior immediately.
  • Handle lost and found properties according to procedure.
  • Carry out assigned projects and tasks as directed by the superior.

  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in public areas.
  • Ensuring that all areas are well-maintained and free from debris.
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer inquiries.
