Drone Quantum Engineer Lead

As a seasoned engineer, you will have the opportunity to lead the design and integration of a cutting-edge drone-based quantum gravimeter system. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills and be able to drive complex engineering projects forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions for hardware-software integration between the quantum payload and drone systems.
  • Collaborate with physicists and engineers to design and optimize robust payload solutions.
  • Work closely with drone manufacturers to ensure precision instruments are properly integrated into their platforms.
  • Develop data acquisition pipelines and contribute to control algorithms for stable flight and positioning.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in systems engineering for complex hardware/software systems.
  • Proven track record of taking products from concept to production.
  • Familiarity with precision instrumentation and sensor fusion technologies.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience in electronics, optics, or programming for integrated systems.
  • Familiarity with vibration isolation and thermal control techniques.
  • Prior involvement in projects related to quantum technology, space, or aerospace.
