About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Talent Acquisition team as an Intern, Group Human Resource. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment in the banking industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Screen and manage candidates' application process through various recruitment channels
• Initiate and coordinate interview scheduling process
• Engagement with candidates to ensure completeness of documents required for onboarding activities in a timely manner
• Assist in applicants' progression in SuccessFactor/ Workday (ATS) to final stage prior to offer approvals
