Who are we?

We are established in 1995 and are experienced in a broad range of placements locally and overseas (headhunting, local, foreign domestic workers, foreign workers, caregivers, nurses placements etc). We own a training center in Indonesia.


As a Recruitment Consultant Assistant cum Admin, you will assist the recruitment executive in data collection and compilation, screening, interviewing and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions. Your role will involve understanding the company's staffing needs, developing digital marketing and recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process.


In addition to your recruitment responsibilities, you will also take on administrative duties such as managing employee records, handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and assisting with day-to-day office tasks. Strong communication, organization, co-ordinate bookings and transportation for workers and multitasking skills are essential for this role.

Basic understanding of accounts and Finance.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage marketing platforms

Create marketing strategies

Manage feedbacks, testimonials and google reviews

Daily update of data into systems such as website

Collect data, send out newsletters and promotions

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.

Source and screen candidates through different channels that the company possesses.

Send out leads, referrals and profiles to recruitment consultants

Prepare Biodatas and forms.

Learn how to use company software and manage client records.

Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and job openings.

Manage, issue invoices and receipts to support the accountant in charge.

Appointment bookings and transportation bookings

Coordinate process between overseas and in Singapore

Support the team with various projects and initiatives as needed.
