  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts, including definition of done, user stories, automated testing, and backlog refinement.
  • Good understanding of other Agile frameworks, such as Crystal and XP.
  • Strong experience in managing business, IT, and senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and resolve conflicts.
  • Sound understanding of technical aspects of systems integration in diverse technology environments.
  • Self-driven, creative, and team-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and gain consensus.
  • Experience in using project management software to track, monitor, and report project progress.
  • Proven record in managing external contractors and monitoring progress.
  • Preferably more than 5 years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Scrum Master certification is an added advantage.
