Key to our organisation's success is securing a seasoned Fundraising Leader. This role requires strategic thinkers who can execute and lead projects independently.

Fundraising Strategy & Execution
  • Develop an integrated fundraising plan incorporating individual giving, major gifts, corporate partnerships, events, and foundations/grants.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to set annual fundraising targets and monitor performance.
  • Align fundraising efforts with organisational priorities in consultation with departmental heads.
Donor & Partner Engagement
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key donors, sponsors, and philanthropic partners.
  • Create meaningful donor experiences through giving campaigns, engagement events, and tailored communication.
  • Develop targeted stories and content for specific donor segments, such as major givers or corporate partners.
  • Manage donor database tracking giving history and engagement.
Proposal & Grant Development
  • Research and prepare high-quality grant applications and reports.
  • Support frontline fundraisers with compelling proposal content, data, and impact narratives.
Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with the communications team to produce fundraising content and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with operational teams for budgeting, reporting, and compliance.
Data & Insights
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide timely fundraising performance reports.
  • Use data to inform strategy, identify opportunities, and refine messaging.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5–8 years of experience in fundraising, business development, sales, or partnerships.
  • A proven track record of securing gifts, sponsorships, or funding partnerships.
  • Experience in donor stewardship and communications with strong storytelling skills.
  • Strategic thinking with project leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a flair for building trust.
  • Results-driven, organised, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
  • Passionate about making a difference through social impact work.
