The Director will be responsible for leading and managing the development and implementation of fundraising and philanthropic strategies to support the organization's mission of providing world-class healthcare services to the community. The Director will work closely with senior leadership, board members, and other stakeholders to identify fundraising opportunities, build relationships with donors, and raise funds to support the organization's strategic priorities.
- Form and oversee a team of fundraising professionals and develop as well as execute a comprehensive fundraising program that includes major gifts, planned giving, corporate partnerships, and events.
- Work closely with the leadership team and institutions to identify funding priorities and develop fundraising strategies that align with the organization's goals.
- Develop the key performance indicators and fund-raising targets to meet the funding requirements across the organization
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key donors to ensure long term sustained philanthropic contributions to the organization's causes.
- Develop a fundraising brand and build reputation around the organization's strategic causes to attract philanthropists
- Develop fund-raising principles and policies for effective collection, distribution and management of funds raised. Develop and implement systems and processes to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting of fundraising activities
- Support the the organization's Advancement Board Committee in the secretarial, networking and planning activities
- Work closely with various external stakeholders and offices on joint fund-raising initiatives

**Requirements**:

- At least 10 years of experience in fund raising with proven and tangible track record in the amount of funds raised
- Have an established network and relationships with donors and philanthropic foundations in Singapore and beyond which can be tapped upon immediately
- Healthcare or research fund raising experience will be an advantage
- At least a degree in any discipline, such as arts, business, marketing, or communications.
