Job Title: Field Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing strong relationships with retail and institutional customers.

Your primary objective will be to promote and sell our personal care products (shampoos, shower gels, face creams, body creams) through on-the-ground visits to shops, malls, hotels, salons, gyms, convenience stores, and specialty outlets.

You will need to possess excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively pitch our products, negotiate orders, manage repeat business, execute promotions and merchandising, collect market intelligence, coordinate deliveries, and maintain accurate daily call reports.

A successful candidate will have 1-4 years of FMCG field sales experience in the beauty/personal care industry or strong sales drive, professional grooming, comfort with daily travel, and basic proficiency with WhatsApp/Excel/CRM.

We offer a fixed salary with attractive commissions on sales, reimbursement of commute/travel expenses, training, product samples, and opportunities for career advancement into Senior Sales/Key Accounts/Territory roles.
