Job Description

As an Oliva Mental Health Professional, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality therapy and coaching remotely via video call. You'll work closely with our clinical team to ensure that clients receive the best possible care.

  • Care for clients using evidence-based therapies or coaching methodologies
  • Utilize Oliva's technology to support your practice
  • Collaborate with our clinical team and pursue professional development
Requirements

We're looking for self-employed therapists who possess excellent communication skills, are passionate about their work, and have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results. You should have:

  • Qualified therapist, psychotherapist, counsellor, psychologist, or coach qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year post-qualification experience with an evidence-based modality or coaching style
  • Recent DBS or equivalent criminal record check
  • Valid Professional Indemnity Insurance (minimum £1 million)
  • Supervisor reference covering your training and experience
  • Comfort with modern communication tools
  • Ability to sync your virtual calendar with our platform
  • Familiarity with clinical diagnostic tools (e.g., GAD-7, PHQ-9)
