Job Title: Infrastructure Operations Specialist
The infrastructure operations specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of building infrastructure, encompassing exterior and interior elements.
- Maintenance of building fittings and fixtures, including but not limited to repairs and replacements as necessary, to uphold optimal building performance.
- Effective coordination with external contractors for maintenance and certification of lifts and cranes, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Strategic management of external contractors, overseeing their work and ensuring timely completion of tasks to meet operational objectives.
- General upkeep of buildings and surroundings, including minor repairs and routine maintenance tasks, to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Requirements:
- Possession of a degree or diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering, demonstrating a solid foundation in relevant technical principles.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in building maintenance, with a proven track record of effective troubleshooting and repair.
- Hands-on experience in building-related repairs, showcasing ability to work with various materials and equipment.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, enabling understanding of complex issues and informed decision-making.
