Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement IT Governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize IT-related risks.
  • Lead IT audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement effective incident management, change management, and business continuity plans.
  • Provide strategic guidance on IT investments and resource allocation to support business objectives.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Governance, risk management, and audit roles.
  • Strong knowledge of IT Governance frameworks, including ITIL and COBIT.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
