They will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of professionals, overseeing key departments, and ensuring the effective execution of business strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement organizational vision, operations strategy, and hiring levels.
  • Operations Management: Oversee company operations, employee productivity, and build a highly inclusive culture that fosters growth and success.
  • People Management: Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with national and local business regulations and take appropriate action when necessary.
Requirements
  • Preferably five or more years of experience in executive leadership roles.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity.
  • Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues.
  • Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Regional business experience in Asia Pacific countries.
  • Proven experience in a senior operational role, preferably as a Managing Director or similar.
  • Played a leadership role at a high growth tech startup environment.
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of finance, HR, and organizational management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to advise on people-related issues.
  • Demonstrated success in hiring and managing high-performing teams.
  • Experience with goal-setting frameworks such as EOS.
  • Strong financial management skills, including P&L, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Proven track record in setting and achieving sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
