Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow technical expert to lead our global clients' digital transformation initiatives. As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will spearhead the delivery of ServiceNow-based solutions, driving business outcomes through technology and process optimization.

Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with clients to understand their needs, configure and develop software solutions, and provide ongoing support to ensure seamless adoption.

To succeed in this role, you must have extensive experience in ServiceNow projects, holding advanced certifications such as CSA (ServiceNow Admin Certification). You should also possess strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead teams in delivering ServiceNow-based solutions globally
  • Liaise with clients to identify and document requirements, and perform configuration and development of software to meet those requirements
  • Deliver outcomes for clients through needs assessments, application configuration, integration of third-party apps, training, and ongoing support

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in ServiceNow projects
  • Expert knowledge of ServiceNow and certification in CSA (ServiceNow Admin Certification)
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Leadership skills and experience in managing teams

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • ITIL Foundation Certified
  • ServiceNow certified application developer (CAD)
  • ServiceNow certified implementation specialist (CIS)
