Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Network Security Post-Sales Engineer to join our team in Singapore. As a Network Security Post-Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality post-sales support to our clients, with a focus on Aruba, Juniper, and Cisco network security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-depth technical support for Aruba, Juniper, and Cisco network security solutions, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, VPNs, and secure access control.
  • Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to ensure the smooth transition of projects from pre-sales to post-sales phase.
  • Assist clients in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting network security hardware and software.
  • Conduct security assessments and audits of client networks to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions for remediation.
  • Maintain detailed records of client configurations, incidents, and changes.
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to clients' IT teams, empowering them to manage and troubleshoot their network security solutions effectively.
  • Address and resolve network security issues promptly and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • A strong understanding of network security principles, technologies, and best practices.
  • Certification in network security (e.g., CCNP, CISSP, JNCIS-SEC) is preferred.
  • Proven experience with Aruba, Juniper, Cisco, and other network security products.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work well under pressure.
