About the Role

The Technical Coordinator (Architecture) will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of architectural projects at CHINA CONSTRUCTION (SOUTH PACIFIC) DEVELOPMENT CO. PTE. LTD.

The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate architectural works with sub-contractors and consultants.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Study drawings and specifications to ensure architectural works are carried out according to plan.
  • Coordinate architectural works with sub-contractors to resolve any technical or site issues.
  • Attend technical meetings and site visits with consultants to discuss project progress and provide solutions to technical issues.
  • Inform the Project Director/Manager of any technical or site problems related to architectural works.
  • Supervise the progress of architectural works on site.
  • Coordinate the work of sub-contractors and ensure it is completed on schedule.

Requirements:

  • A minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture, or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in construction coordination.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
