Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Sales Professional to join our team as an Equipment Solutions Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the Southeast Asia region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand customer requirements and challenges, providing technical consultation to customers and offering solutions that align with their operational goals.
  • Scout, develop, and obtain leads with new customers to develop sales in assigned territories, preparing and delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Liaise with customers, end-users, and purchasers to introduce service capabilities, driving the sales of services to existing and new customers with equipment sold by the company.
Requirements:
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or related technical field, with a minimum Diploma in a related technical field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales engineering role, preferably within the equipment sales and service industry.
  • Strong understanding of vacuum pump technology or other technical equipment, with proficiency in technical sales and solution design.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing customer relationships.
  • Travel required to support regional customers in Southeast Asia (30-40%).
