Nursing Care Coordinator

Job Description:

As a Nursing Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring seamless clinical operations. Your primary responsibility will be to perform routine nursing tasks, including conducting clinical procedures, monitoring patients' vital signs, and providing safe and competent nursing care in accordance with established professional standards.

You will maintain excellent customer service in all patient interactions, supporting doctors during assessments and treatment procedures, and conducting regular inspections of medications and critical/emergency equipment.

In addition, you will manage front desk tasks such as appointment scheduling, patient registration, medication dispensing, payment collection, and related administrative work. You will also assist the Clinic Manager in overseeing daily clinic operations efficiently.

Furthermore, you will ensure the clinic environment is clean, organized, and presentable, participating in administrative tasks like ordering and inventory checks of medications and supplies, as well as handling payments.

One of your key responsibilities will be to educate and inform patients and their families on relevant health matters, taking on additional nursing responsibilities or participating in other departmental tasks as required.
