Automotive Service Professional

We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive technology and be able to work independently with minimal guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer requests for modifications, repairs, and maintenance efficiently.
- Provide professional repair recommendations and quotes.
- Manage documentation related to costing, claims, and vehicle history.
- Assist customers during vehicle check-in and ensure satisfaction with all services and inquiries.
- Prepare sales and order closing reports.
- Perform administrative tasks including cash collection when necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC in Automotive Technology.
- At least 3 years of experience in the Automotive Industry.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal guidance.
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license.
