Job Opportunity

As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for enforcing organizational policies, procedures, and performance standards. This includes supervising staff during operations, managing junior staff, and assisting other managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enforce company policies, procedures, programs, and performance standards.
  • Supervise staff during operations.
  • Manage junior staff and assist other managers.
  • Setting targets and analyze sales for the month as well as assist with administrative duties.
  • Ensure that the service standards of the restaurant are met by all staff.
  • Speak to customers and be prepared to deal with any problems or customer feedback.
  • Handle customer complaints during Manager's absence.
  • Handle non-halal food.
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient shift.
  • Provide staff with support and training.
