Project Manager Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver projects on time and within budget. Your primary goal is to ensure that all projects are completed successfully.

  • Develop and manage project plans, including setting deadlines, allocating resources, and monitoring progress.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including team members, clients, and senior management.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and safety throughout the project lifecycle.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire your team. You should also have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions quickly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals who possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager.
  • Degree (must be PE board recognized) or Diploma holder.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
