Project Management Expert

Job Description:

A seasoned project manager is sought to lead the execution of steel fabrication and installation projects from tender stage to handover. The ideal candidate will ensure scope, budget, and timeline are met with every safety, quality, and fulfillment standard exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute projects seamlessly
  • Lead internal crews, subcontractors, and suppliers for successful project delivery
  • Manage technical control, including reviewing drawings, RFIs, site changes, and technical clarifications
  • Ensure safety and compliance by preparing, updating, and managing RA (Risk Assessment), SWP (Safe Work Procedures), and MOS (Method of Statement)
  • Conduct regular site inspections to verify build quality, schedule adherence, and safety compliance
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities on technical and safety matters
  • Monitor progress, costs, and documentation for management reporting and audits

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management
  • At least 5 years' proven experience in construction, structural steel, or fabrication works
  • Strong knowledge of RA, SWP, MOS, and MOM/BCA safety regulations
  • Ability to manage multiple project timelines without compromising detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project scheduling tools
  • Solid leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
