Job Overview

This Locum Occupational Therapist role is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients in a Senior Care Centre setting in Singapore.

As a seasoned therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients' functional independence and developing tailored treatment plans to promote functional rehabilitation.

  • Assess patients' functional abilities and develop comprehensive treatment plans to enhance their independence.
  • Implement ADL training and treatment programs to empower patients to achieve their goals.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient assessments and treatment plans to inform future decisions.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to share expertise and contribute to collaborative care planning.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current registration with the relevant professional body (AHPC).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
