**Job Opportunity:** Quality Control Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and submit first article samples for approval;
- Create packaging specifications;
- Develop inspection plans for products;
- Support inspection processes for in-process, incoming, and outgoing parts;
- Train inspectors and operators on quality check points and measurement methods;
- Work with Production, Toolroom, and Suppliers to address quality issues;
- Ensure documents and records comply with ISO quality standards;
- Assist Engineers as needed;
- Manage and maintain all measuring and testing equipment;
- Help Engineers update monthly quality control reports, such as supplier performance;
- Assist Engineers or Managers in collecting and compiling data for reports;
- Support other quality-related tasks as required.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience;
- Able to read engineering drawings;
- Good reporting and administrative skills;
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision;
- Experience with OGP Smartscope, CMM, or other measuring tools.
