Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. This includes receiving, storing, inventory control, and order dispatch.

Responsibilities include pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently, organizing and maintaining inventory and storage areas, operating warehouse equipment, assisting with loading and unloading goods, reporting discrepancies or issues promptly, and maintaining Safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
  • Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and scanners
  • Assist with loading and unloading goods
  • Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor promptly
  • Maintain Safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment

Requirements:

  • Basic computer skills and ability to use inventory software
  • Some experience working in a warehouse setting
  • Knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control, and safety practices
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical work when required
