Job Summary

National Arts Council (NAC) is seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Audience Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Marketing and Audience Development department, you will play a crucial role in advocating for and amplifying the value and importance of the arts through various communications efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement initiatives and campaigns to grow arts audience attendance and participation
  • Develop and manage a CRM programme to build loyalty and enhance audience relationships
  • Plan and implement holistic and sustainable 360-degree integrated marketing communications strategies and campaigns to attract, sustain and retain diverse audience segments
  • Work on branding, creative campaigns and messaging to ensure strong and consistent brand positioning for NAC and its programmes, projects and initiatives
  • Analyse audience data and insights to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for growth to support and advance NAC's work
  • Monitor, report and establish best practices on audience metrics and performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimise strategies and tactics to ensure alignment with KPIs
  • Provide strategic counsel to designated accounts in the areas of branding, marketing campaign management and administrative protocols
  • Identify and leverage marketing opportunities through partnerships
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies or a related field
  • 2 to 6 years of relevant work experience in corporate, digital and marketing communications, with experience in branding and arts marketing
  • Strong organisational and project management and management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player, able to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in data analysis and CRM tools
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms and social media management
  • Good networking capabilities
  • Knowledge and passion for the local arts and culture scene
