Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication and Liaison: Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication and liaison.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to employees, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Scheduling and Travel: Coordinate meeting schedules, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks.
  • Document Management: Manage and organize office documents, including filing, scanning, and maintaining electronic records.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or secretarial studies are advantageous.
  • Language Skills: Exceptional written and spoken skills in both English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is mandatory.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
