Job Title: Infrastructure Project Coordinator

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to manage our infrastructure projects across the APAC region. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for coordinating new office build deployments, expansions, retrofits, and decommissions. Your primary focus will be on ensuring tasks are delivered on time and to specification.

About You:
To succeed in this role, you will require:
• 5+ years of experience in network deployment and installations
• Strong organizational, multitasking, prioritization, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Create/maintain project checklists, tools, and deployment templates
  • Create and maintain resource planning for the project
  • Attend weekly meetings with the project team
  • Monitor delivery status for equipment shipments
  • Provide technical writing/wiki updates for various teams
  • Synchronize with the team weekly to check on the status of in-region projects/updates; assist where needed
  • Manage all projects until the defined handover date
