Job Description:

  • We are seeking a Senior Managing Consultant to join our team in Singapore.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital enterprise program delivery, with experience in leading PMOs across clients and managing complex projects.

The role will involve developing new products and strategies to market smoothly and efficiently, as well as implementing complex technology assets and delivering transformation programs.

The successful candidate will have excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive business development.

The position requires a strong client relationship focus, with the ability to identify opportunities and lead sales discussions.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, with advanced degree or MBA preferred. The ideal candidate will also have formal accreditation in PM/PMO/Change/Service Management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong technical knowledge of software development, API, IT/Enterprise architecture, and IT service management.
  • Excellent team leadership and senior stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage large, multi-vendor teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management capabilities, with experience in Agile/Scrum and waterfall methodologies.
  • Knowledge of payments and/or retail banking/merchants exposure.
  • Strong MS Office and project management tools proficiency.
