Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled SCADA Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stable performance of SCADA/EMS systems for renewable energy projects.

  • Operate and maintain SCADA/EMS systems, resolving system/software issues in a timely manner.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot issues, upgrade software, and make configuration changes as needed.
  • Address customer feedback, coordinate with relevant teams, and drive resolution of reported issues.
  • Oversee acceptance testing and commissioning of new projects, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Prepare regular operation and maintenance reports, summarizing system performance and issue resolutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, IEC104) with the ability to resolve common communication issues independently.
  • Familiarity with Linux commands and basic system administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools with solid documentation and reporting skills.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination abilities to work directly with clients.
  • A high sense of responsibility, resilience under pressure, and willingness to support urgent issues.
  • Flexibility for irregular business travel and availability to handle emergency issues during weekends and public holidays.
