Automation Engineer - Systems Integration Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in systems integration, SCADA systems, and PLC programming.

Job Description
  • Assist project managers in managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and integration of control systems, SCADA systems, and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to meet client requirements.
  • Prepare and review project documentation, including project plans, specifications, technical drawings, and operation manuals.
  • Conduct site surveys, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT), and commissioning activities at client sites.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance, hardware and software integration.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all projects activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or related fields.
  • 2-5 years of experience in project management, automation, and control systems, preferably in industries such as water treatment, oil & gas, manufacturing, or infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of SCADA, DCS PLC programming.
