• Manage technical aspects of Finacle Core banking solutions and third-party application integration.

**Requirements:**

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in backend development.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

• Strong Database & Testing skills (e.g. NoSQL, Postgres, Redshift).

• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to align team goals with the overall product strategy and company vision.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to make decisions with data and under more ambiguous scenarios.

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
