Innovation Culture Specialist

Role Summary:
As an Innovation Culture Specialist, you will play a key role in driving our hospital's transformation journey by developing and implementing innovative solutions that improve the overall quality of care. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to address them.

About The Role:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analytics, computer science, engineering, or business administration, with a passion for innovation and quality improvement. You will be responsible for facilitating workshops, training programs, and other initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of hospital staff.

Key Responsibilities:
