  • Lead the way in providing exceptional in-store experiences that exceed customer expectations
  • Implement and execute Service Centric initiatives and programmes to drive customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and concerns
  • Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and inclusive environment that fosters customer loyalty
