We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as the Senior Manager, Learning and Organisational Development. This is a key role that will lead and support the development of employee capabilities and drive organisational change.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in learning and development, organisational development, and human resources administration. They will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training and learning programs, developing engaging leadership development programs, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop strategies and interventions that support organisational change.

This position requires a dynamic individual with both strategic vision and operational execution capabilities. The successful candidate will be able to effectively support organisational growth and ensure HR service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and manage the organisation's training and learning roadmap
  • Lead the development of engaging leadership development programs aligned with organisational values
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategies and interventions that support organisational change, performance improvement, and culture transformation
  • Drive enhancements in performance management practices to promote engagement and excellence
  • Develop and track meaningful metrics to measure the impact of learning and development initiatives
  • Lead and support Organisational Development projects such as employee engagement surveys, culture-building initiatives, and data analysis
  • Identify and apply innovative learning tools and technologies to boost engagement, effectiveness, and productivity
Requirements
  • At least 7 years of experience in Learning & Development and/or Organisational Development and/or Human Resources Administration
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and drive initiatives independently with agility and resilience
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, collaborate, and communicate effectively across all levels
  • A team player and proactive self-starter with a growth mindset
  • Certification in ACTA / ACLP is not necessary but good to have
