This position is responsible for maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation.

Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.
  • Develop CDPs and Commis.
  • Contribute to the kitchen brigade's profitability.
  • Supervise designated section in line with Hilton policies.

  • Ability to supervise employees including CDPs/Commis Chefs, monitor cleanliness, ensure food quality, control merchandise, and follow safety and hotel policies.
