Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fund Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for providing expert accounting and financial services to our clients, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, and collaborating with internal teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in system migration, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule and within scope;
  • Act as a liaison between various stakeholders to ensure clear communication and effective project management;
  • Identify and address any discrepancies during the migration process;
  • Conduct thorough reviews of monthly/quarterly financial statements and reports to ensure accurate transfer to the accounting system;
  • Work closely with internal teams and other service providers to manage data transfer and system implementation;
  • Ensure all internal requirements are met and that the implementation process runs smoothly;
  • Review consolidated financial data on the accounting system to ensure accuracy and completeness;
  • Identify and bridge any gaps between different jurisdictions as necessary;
  • Undertake any additional tasks as required from time-to-time by your Managers.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience working in asset management (preferably in fund houses, fund administrators, or the Big 4);
  • Fully qualified Accountant (e.g. ISCA/ACCA/CPAA/AICPA/CA);
  • Prior knowledge or experience of working in financial services, especially with alternative investment funds (including Private Equity and Real Estate funds), is desirable;
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English. Fluency in any other Asian languages, such as Chinese, Japanese, or Korean, will be considered as an asset;
  • You possess team spirit with the ability to work independently using your own initiative when appropriate;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet a range of deadlines;
  • You are mature, and detail-oriented;
  • High level of IT literacy with strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel and Word;
  • Knowledge of eFront, Yardi, and Oracle systems would be a distinct advantage;
  • Strong project management and coordination skills;
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
