Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment function, you will be responsible for sourcing, selecting, and onboarding top talent to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals
  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and providing guidance on the recruitment process
  • Conducting interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure the best fit for the role
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports on recruitment metrics and trends
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Min 2 years of working experience in Sales/ Customer Service, preferably in a recruitment or human resources function
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
