We are seeking an exceptional professional to fill the position of Customer Service Operations Specialist. This role will involve providing top-notch customer service, ensuring seamless operations and delivering results-driven solutions.
Job ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional customer experiences through proactive communication, issue resolution, and problem-solving skills.
Oversee repair order creation, tracking, and closure to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
Maintain accurate documentation of service reports, calibration certificates, and compliance records.
Act as the main escalation point for customers on repair updates, delays, and urgent cases.
Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in service/repair operations, preferably in Medical equipment or healthcare-related industries.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Positive attitude, detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks.
