Job Title

We are seeking an exceptional professional to fill the position of Customer Service Operations Specialist. This role will involve providing top-notch customer service, ensuring seamless operations and delivering results-driven solutions.

Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through proactive communication, issue resolution, and problem-solving skills.

  • Oversee repair order creation, tracking, and closure to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of service reports, calibration certificates, and compliance records.

  • Act as the main escalation point for customers on repair updates, delays, and urgent cases.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in service/repair operations, preferably in Medical equipment or healthcare-related industries.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Positive attitude, detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks.
