Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled IT Hardware Engineer to join our team at SMART FORTE CONSULTING LLP. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for providing top-notch hardware support and service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert hardware support and service to clients, including PC and laptop repair and maintenance.
  • Ensure timely updates of service status to clients and maintain accurate records of service activities.
  • Handle and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Install and configure operating systems, firmware, and BIOS as required.
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure jobs are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Attend new product training and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends.
Requirements
  • Minimum NITEC in Electronics, IT, Computer or related field.
  • Basic computer hardware knowledge and experience with troubleshooting and repair.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm) / Alternate Saturday (9am to 1pm) work schedule.
  • Work location at CT Hub (Kallang).
  • Salary $2300 to $3000.
