We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team at PERSOLKELLY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.

About the Role

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and relationship-building
  • Analyze market trends and client needs to develop effective sales strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive revenue growth
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. finance, business, economics)
  • At least 2 years of sales or business development experience in the financial services industry
  • Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
